Our Identification Cards are customizable to your specific information.  Enter in your dog's name, your name, city, state and phone number.  Include a head-shot photo of your dog as well.

All information, except for the microchip number, is required.

You will receive 1 (one) high quality durable 2-15/16 x 4-1/8 identification card with a hole punch for lanyard or alligator clip. (Lanyard and clips sold separately.)

Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq.) service animals are not required to be registered, nor are handlers required to carry special identification. Nevertheless, having your service dog clearly marked as a service animal avoids a lot of confusion when seeking public access.

Your ID card will be as close as possible to the original design, however, due to the amount of information and the photo provided, it may be necessary to adjust sizes of different elements on the badge.  We make every effort to maintain the original design of the card.  Please allow 3-5 business days for your card to be created and shipped.

Information will be printed as provided to us. If your uploaded photo does not appear during your cart checkout, please send the image to bark@sitstay.com with your order number in the subject line.
