Do you ship to my country? How long does it take and how much does it cost? Is there any tracking number?
Be default, for orders less than 2kg, we offer free shipping to all over the world via Post Air Mail with tracking number. Delivery time depends on the country where you are, It takes about 8-60 days. If you want it in a hurry, you can choose express as the shipping method, It take 5-7 days.
Do I need to pay Customs duty or other delivery service fee?
We never add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us what you see on the order screen, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost. HOWEVER - In some countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
