Thousands Strong
In the mid-eighties, the thousands of Soviet Tanks arrayed in East Germany convinced NATO that the Soviets could roll across Germany and all the way to the Atlantic in just two weeks. Though the T-80 is fast and strong in all its variants, it is the BV version depicted in this kit that really excels. Explosive reactive armor on the BV variant makes it more difficult for HEAT rounds and rockets to penetrate the tank. Kit features searchlight, detailed surfaces, auxiliary fuel tank, detailed machine gun, movable turret, and four sets of decals.
