If the two bluetooth earbuds can't pair with each other/ only one wireless earbud work/ can’t connect to your device, what can you do?
2) Clear ALL pairing records between the wireless earbuds and Bluetooth devices.
3) Take out Earbuds from charging case and double tap the Right earbud touch control position. When two earbuds are flashing blue, it means the two earbuds have successfully paired together.
4) Turn on your mobile phone bluetooth and search "J3 PRO" to reconnect the earbuds.
