United States Army 18th Medical Brigade ACU Patch

Criteria: This shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI) is worn by the 18th Medical Command (18th MEDCOM). Nicknamed "Pacific Knights" they began as the 18th Medical Brigade when activated in 1967. Patch measures 2" wide by 3" high with hook and loop fasteners. Worn on the Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP) and Army Combat Uniform (ACU). Sold individually.
