Criteria: This full color shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI) is worn by the 18th Medical Command (18th MEDCOM) on the Army Class A Uniform (Greens). Began as the 18th Medical Brigade when activated in 1967 at Ft. Lee, Virginia. Measures 2" wide by 3" high. Sold individually.
