Criteria: This shoulder sleeve insignia is worn by the 1st Personnel Command. This command was active from 1978 to 2008. Patch measures 3-1/2" high by 2-1/2" wide with hook and loop fasteners. Worn on the Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP) Army Combat Uniform (ACU). Sold individually.
