Payment

1. Before placing your order, please confirm details with us if you have request on the items.

2. Please pay for the order within three days.

3. We wil lship the goods to you according to the address that you wrote on the order, so please give us your right name and right address, before we sent out the parcel you can change the address, and if you want to change, you must contact us first.

Shipping

1. Usually Your order will be sent within 3 business days after your payment.

2. In consideration of our customers\' benefit, We are forced to ship your order by regular mail. Please understand, however, customs duty is out of our control we can\'t guarrante no tax fee and will not bear any tax fee. But we will refund some of your payment for express shipping (if you have paid) to your account within 48 hours. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

3. If you choose the free shipping option, your parcel will be directly delivered your home only one time or it will send to your local post office then you need to take your tracking number (like RF*********CN) and your personal ID to collect your items.

4. Because sometimes the courier will encounter natural disasters, strikes and other force majeure. If you cannot receive your parcel in 30 days, please contact us to extend the delivery date for you.
