1. Are the shoes photos real?

   Yes, all the photos displayed are 100% real, and photos are all taken by ourselves, but maybe there are some color shading because of the monitors.

1. When will you ship my order?

   Generally most of our products are in stock; your order will be shipped out within 3-4 working days after your payment is verified by Dhgate. But in case of any hot products are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you ASAP to ask an extension or change other items or any of your suggestion.

1. How long can I receive my order?

   China Post Air Mail: 20-60 working days, Cheap but very slow

   EMS: 7-10 working days, Safe & Low tariffs

   DHL: 5-7 working days, Safe & Fast

   UPH: 5-7 working days, Safe & Fast

   If buyers buy three pairs or more than three pairs one time, we will send out by DHL,UPH, EMS or the other fast express, different countries, we will choose different express.

1. Please note that: Free shipping by China Air Mail usually takes 20-30days. And it takes even longer example 50-60days. Please be patient if you don’t get the goods quickly after delivery.
