United States Army 35th Infantry Regiment Unit Crest

Criteria: This item is the unit crest of the 35th Infantry Regiment. This regiment was originally organized in Arizona and was made up of components of the 11th, 18th and 22nd Infantry. These units are commemorated in the corner design of a Maltese cross and an acorn inside an embattled square. The cactus is a nod to this unit's historical service at the Mexican border. Also called distinctive unit insignia, this item is designed for wear on the Army Dress Blue (ASU) Uniform.
