United States Army 369th Combat Support Hospital Unit Crest (Sirviendo)

Criteria: These distinctive unit insignia (DUI) are worn by the 369th Combat Support Hospital. Sirviendo is their motto and means At Your Service. A former CSH of the USAR located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Unit crests are worn on the Army Service Uniform (ASU) and Army Class A Uniform (Greens).
