United States Army 6th Signal Command Unit Crest (Voice of the Desert)

Criteria: This item is the unit crest for the 6th Signal Command. The unit's motto, "Voice Of The Desert," is emblazoned around the top edge of the design. The colors orange and white are the colors of the Signal branch. The main design is of a desert falcon which symbolizes vigilance and clarity of communication. The lightning flash refers to the speed of electronic communication. Also called distinctive unit insignia, this item is worn on the Army Dress Blue (ASU) Uniform.
