Criteria: This shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI) is worn by the U.S. Army, North Atlantic Treat Organization (NATO). Previously worn by the U.S. Army Elements of Allied Command Europe and the U.S. Army Elements of Supreme Allied Powers Europe. Patch measures 3" high by 2-1/4" wide with hook and loop fasteners.
