Arizona National Guard Medal of Valor Ribbon

Criteria: This is the Arizona National Guard Medal of Valor Ribbon. It is awarded for courageous conduct at risk of his/her life above and beyond the call of duty as personnel of the Arizona National Guard. The deed performed must have been one of personal bravery and/or self sacrifice so conspicuous as to clearly distinguish themselves above his/her peers and it most have involved risk of life. Additional awards are shown by bronze and silver oak leaf clusters.
