You don't need very much at all to moisturize with, we recommend using it after your bath, lightly pat yourself dry and then apply this oil and rub it into your skin. The Vitamin E and Glycerin in this premium blend of oils makes it easily absorb and leave you feeling soft and moisturized without feeling heavy or greasy.
