Here is a Bo's Best Buckwheat pancake and waffle mix that has a vibrant nutty flavor with distinctive buckwheat & whole wheat goodness.  We blend stoneground corn and large whole oats to bring you a healthy textured pancake full of flavor.  We call these our mountain pancakes because after you feast on a stack of these you can climb any mountain!  Or, you can linger around the breakfast table in your PJ’s enjoying the coziness of the morning while your friends climb the mountain and tell you about it!
