This Agate is wrapped in sterling silver with an 18" snake chain.  Crazy Lace is referred to as the "laughter stone" or "happy lace". It is a good general healing stone.  It's a balancing and protecting stone, believed to ward off the "evil eye", bringing joy and absorbing emotional pain.
