This is customized photo frame,  you need to send your own photo to our email support@azpineapple.com within 4 days, and make sure to attach your order number. 

We will send you an original product if you do not send your photo to us within 4 days after place the order, and we will not reship it.

​The base can be powered by 3 batteries or by a charging cable. We sell the base with a cable but without a battery, you need to prepare the plug or batteries by yourself.
