Delaware National Guard Medal Ribbon

Criteria:

This is the Delaware National Guard Medal Ribbon. The Delaware National Guard Medal Ribbon  may be presented to an individual by the State Headquarters, on behalf of the Adjutant General, in the name of the State, for serving in the National Guard of the State who has been called to federal mobilization by the President. Additional awards would be represented by placing a 3/16 inch gold star.
