Install  2 AAA batteries

• Press ""on "" button- The display indicator will turn red
• Place the device around your neck
• Press the intensity and increase the setting until you feel an electric pulse/shock.
• Physiotherapy time: 15 minutes (once a day)

NOTE: When the intensity is too low, the frequency will be barely noticeable. At this time, you can press "high" to increase the intensity. As the intensity increases and reaches a certain intensity level, you will feel the electromagnetic pulse which will feel like an electric shock.
