How to Use
- Remove larger piece from adhesive
- Place detox pad on its center, ensuring writing on sachets is facing down toward adhesive surface
- Stick and spread firmly on sole of foot
- Allow 6–12 hours for full absorption to occur before removing; duration may vary Apply detox patch one hour before bedtime, wash and dry feet before applying
- Take one adhesive sheet and slowly peel off paper, then place onto soles of feet; socks can be worn if necessary
- Wear for 8–10 hours and remove pad, wipe surface with wet towel until no longer sticky
- Used patches will appear dark green or gray as they absorb toxins from body
- Use each night until discoloration of pad subsides
