Shipping 

When you choose DHL that we will send goods by DHL or special air line or other fast shipping, need about 3-7days after goods sending. 

China post air need about 9-25days,but Russia usually maybe over 30 days. 

Brazil,Germany,Italy,Turkey for EMS, pls be careful to choose it ,for these country,goods easy to handed to customs. So if these country when choose EMS that handed to customs, you must be contact with customs and deal with it, if not, it will be your duty.and brazil customers need leave message about your ID NO. 

Feedback 

Pls kindly give us good feedback or 4 or 5 star,if you don’t like our goods, you could not give us feedback or contact us before you give us feedback, we will deal with it,pls don’t give bad feedback without contacting.thank you 

Reback 

Pls check goods when you get it, if the goods be damaged,pls don’t sign and receive it . 

If you get wrong goods ,we will resend it. 

Other cause if you want to reback goods that you need pay for the shipping for reback ,then we will resend or reback money.
