Important:
While in Microwave or on Stovetop, remove the lid of the pitcher. 
DO NOT put the pitcher in the freezer! The expansion of ice will break the pitcher from the inside.
The pitcher can ONLY be heated on stovetops which perform direct heating, such as Gas, Ceramic or Microwaves. It does not work on Induction stovetops.
