Slow Twist Version: Extremely stiff and a little difficult to adjust, but extremely strong. Fits best with wrist circumference sizes of 18cm (7.1") to 19cm (7.5"). 

Tight Twist Version: Larger diameter, very flexible and comfortable. Fits best with larger wrist circumference sizes of 20cm (7.9") to 23cm (9.0").
