This is the Illinois National Guard Recruiting Ribbon. This ribbon is earned by Illinois National Guard personnel who refer 3 individuals who subsequently enlist or are appointed within a 24 month period. A member also may earn the ribbon if they significantly contribute to recruiting efforts while serving in a non-pay status subsequent to October 1, 1995. This award can be earned more than once and is shown by Arabic numeral devices.
