United States Army Individual Ready Reserve Unit Crest

Criteria: This is the Unit Crest (Distinctive Unit Insignia) for the Individual Ready Reserve. The laurel wreath that makes up the outer edge of the crest represents the many achievements accomplished by the IRR group. Unit Crests are worn on the Epaulets of the Army Class A Uniform jacket.
