Kansas National Guard Homeland Defense Ribbon

This is the Kansas National Guard Homeland Defense Ribbon. It is awarded to members of the Kansas National Guard who participate (for a minimum of one day and in a honorable and faithful manner) in direct support of homeland defense, post September 11th. This is a one time only award, however, if one is mobilized for airport security, then an "M" device can be awarded.
