Maryland National Guard Meritorious Civilian Service Ribbon

This is the Maryland National Guard Meritorious Civilian Service Ribbon. This ribbon is given to recognize exceptional service or performance of Maryland Military Department civilian personnel, Army and Air non-dual status employees, family readiness volunteers or to those non-agency civilians who greatly supported the Maryland Military Department, the Maryland National Guard, and the State of Maryland. This award can be earned more than once and is shown with bronze and silver oak leaf clusters.
