United States Army MEDDAC Fort Leavenworth Unit Crest (Constant Dedicated Care)

Criteria: These distinctive unit insignia (DUI) are worn by the Medical Department Activity (MEDDAC), Fort Leavenworth. Approved for the U.S. Munson Army Hospital in 1969 and redesignated in 1973. Constant Dedicated Care is their motto and is inscribed on each crest. Unit crests are worn on the Army Service Uniform (ASU) and Army Class A Uniform (Greens).
