2) We only ship to confirmed order addresses, your order address must match your shipping address.  ( Tips:Russian customer order address need to leave a detailed state city,name needs to be full name,or you won't get the parcel! ). If individual orders is out of stock and need to wait , we will inform you soon.

3) We usually ship your products via China Post / Hong Kong Post Air Mail which takes 15-50 working days to reach your location,Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.

4) In order to ensure you receive your order with tax free or lower tax upon import, we'll declare it as a "gift" with a lower value, if any import charges or fees are the buyer's responsibility.

 Return: 

 1) Incorrect goods or inconsistent description:  if the buyer want to return goods, the seller will paid for $5 freight, if the buyer don't want to return, the seller will refund the half of the total price. 

2) No matter which way we send , if you can't receive the product at the end of the set time , we guarantee return full money back or extend the delivery time .

3) if item is damaged: as a responsible seller,we guarantee free exchange or refund.
