Freshwater Pearls are just that, crushed freshwater pearls. Pearl Powder melts into skin so be sure to allow the powder to soak in. Lusters will soak in and become transparent leaving a soft lustrous glow. The consistency of Freshwater Pearl Powder is powdery.
HOW TO USE
Apply onto dry skin with a Stippling Brush as part of your skin care routine in the morning or as a gorgeous highlighter. There’s no need to over apply or use too much to see great results, tap your brush lightly on the cap to remove excess powder. Allow to soak in and become transparent leaving a soft lustrous glow.
