Philippine Congressional Medal

The Philippine Congressional Medal is a decoration presented by the United States Army to recognize service members who registered for the Army with the specific intent of serving in the Philippine-American War. To be eligible, personnel must meet one of the following: Enlisted between April 21 - October 26, 1898; Served beyond April 11, 1899; Served in the Philippines after July 6, 1899; or Received an honorable discharge (or died before discharge was made).
