Republic of Vietnam Tech Service 2C Medal Ribbon

The Republic of Vietnam Technical Service Medal was a decoration presented by South Vietnam to recognize military personnel and civilians who worked as military technicians and demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication. The 1st Class medal is awarded to officers and the 2nd Class medal is awarded to non-commissioned officers and enlisted men.
