Lead time: Please keep in mind that special orders usually take a little bit longer time to process and ship. For made to order, customize, personalize items, the product is made one at a time with care to meet stringent colour-match specifications. The process starts as soon as your order is placed and may have a processing time of 7-14 business days before it ships. (Orders placed over the weekend will be considered received on Monday, and the day that we receive your order is considered day zero). This process may take longer during peak times, natural disaster, or pandemic. Our team ensures your order is being processed as quickly as possible.
Shipping: We ship globally from the USA or Canada or directly from our warehouse in the EU, Asia, and the Middle East, your order will dispatch from the most neighbouring warehouse when possible.
