The cost of buying a baby chick and feeding her for 6 weeks is only $2.50. After she grows and gets her feathers, we will hand her off to a single parent home, a widow or an orphan. They will care for her until she starts laying eggs. As long as she has a safe place to sleep, she will forage for food during the day time. She will eventually lay an egg per day, providing great protein, fats and vitamins.  
Our goal is to lead the way to make our community “Food Secure” and resilient against future lockdowns, catastrophes, rising food prices and joblessness leading to hunger.  Your partnership is greatly appreciated, and is tax deductible if you are a U.S. tax payer.
