Scott C’s illustrations have a bright, friendly energy that emanates off the page (or the pin, or the screen) and becomes contagious. He felt like a natural fit for this film, capable of capturing the charming nature of Hogarth and the Iron Giant in a way that makes metal feel warm and inviting.

The moments Scott chose from the film couldn’t be more perfect – Hogarth sitting safely in the hands of his best friend and the Iron Giant making a cannonball leap into a lake.
