Waist:11 1/2 -14 inches (23 - 28)
Hips: 16 -19 (32 - 38)
Top edge of bodice to gusset center: 25 1/2 inches

CONDITION
Excellent overall
Smocking is still very stretchy + Colors are vibrant - Clean gusset
Some elastic cord looks a little loose in the seat but doesn't
really show when all of the fabric is pulled equally.
Leg opening on the right side looks just a little more stretched (loose) than the left
A very faint underarm discoloration
