Member's Mark frozen seafood is some of the highest quality available. We process and freeze our fish after harvest to preserve its peak freshness. With our once frozen process, the fish is never thawed, so it can retain its highest quality for your best eating experience.

Cooking Instructions:

PREPARATION  — Allow salmon portions to thaw thoroughly in refrigerator for 8-10 hours.

GRILL — Preheat grill to medium high. Remove thawed portions from packaging. Season to taste and rub with cooking oil. Place on grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

OVEN — Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove from packaging and place thawed salmon on aluminum foil on an oven safe baking dish, season to taste. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
