It is used to provide sampling signal for lcd/led display of electric bike, so that display can test bike speed. as long as bike is moving,
display will can indicate speed especially when you use a gear motor, and motor takes hall sensor signal ,

Make 3 wire and connector --red white and black --from controller , and connect this sensor, and should set DISPLAY P3 to zero
