Shipping & Cancellation:

2. DELIVERY TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays.  
3. We are not responsible for the additional import duties, taxes or other customs related charges.

4. Orders for Made-to-order items can not be cancelled when the payment was verified by AE system. 


Return & Refund:
1. Defective items should be reported within 3 days from the date it was received, please tell us what the defect is (together with pictures, if necessary), and give us your order number. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.
2. Please allow a little color difference due to different camera or light environment.
3. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number.
4. We will refund the money to you upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included.
