How to Use:
1. Place the bowl in the palm of your hand or a soft padded cushion (not included).
2 With the mallet in one hand, swing the bowl in place while holding the cushion in the other hand.
3 Gently touch the mallet on the outside and inside the rim of the bowl or play around the rim.
4. The resonant sounds and deep vibrations fill and calm your soul.
