Core’s 28 oz. marine grade vinyl is the best quality fabric that offers lifelong benefits over other covers. The top layer is treated with mildew and UV inhibitors and has been tested to 1500 UV hours. Longevity of this cover is guaranteed by the double stitched, 40-point reinforced high quality zippers which address every stress point. Galvanized steel braces provide extreme support and keep the hinges in use for years to come. Underneath the vinyl material is a virgin foam core that provides a stronger and more energy efficient cover. The foam core is constructed from environmentally safe materials and is wrapped in a polyethylene moister barrier that is vacuum sealed around the foam. Our polyethylene moisture barrier is far more resistant to water vapor transmission than ordinary plastics thanks to our scientifically formulated plastic, Antaeus 2000. Every cover meets or exceeds all safety requirements and carries the ASTM International Certificate of Product Compliance. Each cover features four tie-down straps with Secure-loc fasteners that are triple reinforced. All covers are backed by a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.
