Q.What happens if my pet has to go to the bathroom while they are in the backpack?
A.We recommend you bring a litter box or let your pet take breaks so they don't have an accident in the backpack! If you want to avoid a mess, you can line the bottom with pet pee pads. If an accident happens, we recommend soaking it up ASAP and using a urine cleaner that's fabric safe. You can try to machine wash the mat, but we're not liable for any damage and unfortunately cannot provide or sell replacements. If the mat is thoroughly soaked, you might want to toss it and replace it with your pet favorite blanket or anything comfy.
Q.How do I clean the backpacks?
A.Spot clean and vacuum them.

A.My cat is extremely energetic, but once in the bag walking outdoor with me, he pours all his attention into looking out and sniffing. Walking outside weekly helps him be more calm, be less bored, and less obsessed with food. I take him outside even in cold winter day, too, until he wants to come home. I love the experience 100%
Q.Does it get too hot in there? I just want to make sure my cat isn't gonna over heat in it on morning/evening walks with the doggo?
