Please note that we ship directly from our suppliers (mainly based in China), which allows us to offer low prices and provide you with free shipping. Processing an order usually takes 2-7 days, once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email and a tracking number. Since not all of our products are stored in one warehouse you will get a shipping confirmation email for every package shipped to you and you might get multiple packages per order. Typically, you will receive your order within 7-14 days if you live in the US. If you live outside the US it may take a little longer (2-4 weeks). For the reasons stated above, you may expect longer delivery times. Hence, please allow up to 30 days before contacting us - your order is usually on its was to you.
