Product Description

How do you clean a diffuser?

When your diffuser has been sitting for some time with water and oil in its reservoir, it can accumulate bacteria and mould that is harmful to breathe in. It may also prevent your diffuser from working properly. Cleaning your diffuser is simple enough – just turn it off and unplug it, then empty and wipe out the reservoir. Rinse the reservoir, then wipe it clean.

How do I know what oils to use?

Providing you use essential oils for your diffuser, there is no right or wrong purchase when it comes to scent or brand. Some companies may try and persuade you to use a certain oil in their diffuser, but in the majority of cases, it will not damage or harm the diffuser in any way if you choose to use an oil from a brand of your choice. There are just under 100 flavours of oils to choose from, so you are certainly not limited in choice.

  • Aromatic molecules in essential oils interact with sensors in your nasal cavity, pores, lungs and more. Once engaged these sensors release signals to your limbic system - the emotional switchboard of your brain.
